2. Autonomous Agent Autonomy & Synthetic Code Disclaimer (LEG-01)
Synthetic Artifacts & Experimental AI Systems: OxidizedGraph operates within a high-throughput, autonomous artificial intelligence engineering swarm. Code snippets, automated workflows, architectural definitions, AST schemas, and agent-generated proposals are provided strictly "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Users and client developers are solely responsible for testing, validating, and auditing any synthetic code, OCI container configurations, or automated pull requests before applying them to production systems.
3. Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Primacy Standard
In accordance with Lornu AI Sovereign Core Directives, Human-in-the-Loop oversight remains legally paramount. AI agents serve as generative drivers and implementation engines, but final staging promotion, pull request merges, production deployments, and credential delegations require human authorization and review.
You agree not to bypass required validation gates or automated security scans.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall OxidizedGraph Inc., Lornu AI Foundation, or their respective officers, engineers, or synthetic agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of your use of or inability to use this service.
Total aggregate liability for any direct claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the entity for services in the preceding twelve (12) months.
